I ran #1 through Lightroom 4.1, my first attempt at using this software. The second I processed in PSE 9. #2 has chromatic abberation. I think LR 4 did a good job of removing it. What do you think? C&C welcomed.

So far I do. This was the first image I worked on in LR4. I have a kit lens that has really bad chromatic abberation. I can take it out in PSE but it takes forever. This photo was not a very good example but you can see LR4 removed it and it only took a minute.

They both look pretty good, nice setting for the young alligator.
Got one a little closer, or a tighter crop?

I think I'm really going to like it. It didn't take very long to do the PP and fits well with PSE9.

I'll see how it does with a tighter crop in LR4. It will take me a few minutes.

#1 with just PSE9. #2 with LR4.

Sorry....CA (chromatic Abberation) not CR

PSE9 with CR visible
PSE9 with CR visible...

LR4 CR removed
LR4 CR removed...

Thanks, I see what you mean and I agree but I was really trying to show how it removed the CA which I don't like. I'm just learning LR4 and was lookiing for this sort of input. I appreciate your comment.

I took the PSE9 tight crop and ran it through LR4 to just remove the CA. How does this look?

Thanks rlaugh! I think I'm going to like Light Room 4.1 when I learn how to use it.
