Your going to need more guns, lots more guns. There are a few people out there that haven't been shot yet. Keep up the good work, keep the population down. You gun freaks are all nuts.

Oh please enlighten us wonderous one. How do you intend to get the guns out of the hands of the bad guys in cities like Chicago, New York, Detroit, etc? Maybe if we disarm the honest citizens the criminals will just voluntarily turn in their guns?

You are so very very wrong with that bit of ignorance.
I have zero fear of anything. A firearm in the hands of a woman makes her the equal to any man. I’ve never had to draw on anyone in the US. Almost had to but I was smart and avoided the issue. Training matters.
Self defense is something that should not have to be defended. Acts of criminals need addressing not Innocent people.
Perhaps your fear is projected on others?

Yeh like you really need it, a lot of us have guns here but very very few of us have a licence to carry. There is no need. If something comes up there is no gun to grab and start shooting, everyone walks away alive. Sure we have some nuts here but they come far and inbetween. I have never met anyone that needed one to save their lives. I know no one that would be alive today if they would have had a gun. I have an assortment of legal guns and our government is not trying to take them from us. Can you figure out why. I didn't think so.

How many people do you personally know that have been shot or had to pull their gun and shoot somebody. I have been around for seven decades now and have met and talked to lot of people in the US and Canada and have yet to meet anyone that has been shot or had to shoot someone. I have been all over Canada and not once did I ever wish I had a gun on me. We don't live in fear here because we know that 99.9% of the people we run into are NOT carrying a gun. I just remembered that I did meet a man in Florida that thought someone was breaking into his car and came running outside with his pistol and accidently shot his own toe off. And there wasn't anyone breaking into his car.

And universal background checks and common-sense gun laws would NOT have prevented these rational acts of self-defense. I have not heard any politicians of any ilk talk about "confiscation" - except maybe from convicted felons and domestic assault perpetrators who should not have weapons in their possession.

You don’t know your own country if you think thats true. Violence is on the rise. They don’t have to take your guns because they’ve crippled you and the sheep have allowed it. Guns are useless for defense because the ammo and gun have to be stored separately and locked up. If you defend yourself and hurt an assailant YOU will be charged. The criminal has more rights.
Your laws are bass ackwards. Even worse than California’s.
