I need an explanation about why in 25 months of steadily decreasing immigration (illegal and legal), that suddenly we have a national emergency. Over 24 of those months, with clear majorities in both house and senate, no money was passed for a wall ( well in t***h it was brought up once in the House but v**ed down). So what changed to make suddenly a national emergency?

Pretty simple, they are now crashing the border in these so called caravans in numbers that can not be effectively processed, i*****l i*********n is costing this country 100's of billions of dollars each year, it is effecting the quality of our educational systems, it is straining local resources in many communities, and no matter what you say there is a criminal element coming into this country via i*****l i*********n.

We know that we have over 20 million i******s in this country and they continue to pour in, we do not catch every illegal entry, in fact estimates are currently projecting 600,000 to 750,000 this year, congress has had over 30 years to effectively address this problem yet they refuse.... The president is left with little choice.
