Couple more film scan waterscapes/treescapes from Florida circa 1990....
These are a couple more images flatbed scanned from 4X5 Fujichrome transparencies (60 MB) uncropped/full frame and PP in Elements 9 and reduced here for viewing. Camera was a Crown Graphic with 90 or 100mm lens - do not recall the exact lens as I used quite a few at this time but most likely a WF Ektar or an Ilex/Calumet Acugon.
These are Mangrove forests on Hutchinson Island Fla. circa 1990 at low tide with diffuse partial overcast lighting so more shadow detail could be recorded on the film.
I would have an interest in which you find more appealing - the horizontal or vertical ?? - I am going to have a metal print made of one of them. - Thinking about converting to B&W also. Thanks for viewing and commenting !
..
I find the vertical more interesting, in the horizontal the connection between roots and branches seems diminished

I also prefer the vertical, Larry--both are great though.
Thanks all for visiting and commenting, I agree about the vertical ! 8-)
