Not a problem, and you are not "ignorant". We all get careless, abbreviating words, writing letters instead of words and think everyone understands. I am in medicine and it always was a peeve of mine that we medical people will talk in letters or medical jargon and think our patients have a clue what is being said. My Dad got a letter from his physician's assistant once which read, " you are scheduled for EGD or ERCP . You should stop your NSAIDS @ hs and be NPO at midnight." What the heck?
