I was reading a letters to the editor column the other day and some woman was complaining that the magazine had printed an article saying ketchup had to be refrigerated. She went on to say she has never refrigerated ketchup and has had a bottle in her refrigerator for over 50 years.
The magazine replied that going two months unrefrigerated might be OK but 50 years is pushing it.
