The old railroad bridge crosses the Ohio River between Gallipolis Ohio and Point Pleasant West Virginia. The flood wall is on the West Virginia side. And of course, the legendary Moth Man who was spotted prior to the collapse of the Silver Bridge where over 50 people lost their lives. He has never been spotted since the tragic collapse.
