I'd love to get down there some year. Thanks for sharing. I enjoyed the Anhinga trail. We had many of those birds on lake Alice on UF campus.

Very nice. I grew up in South FL and I can almost feel the mosquitoes and smell it just by looking at those.

Well, Dave,
since sandiegosteve has resurrected this thread, and since I only briefly commented during its first run, I’ll add that those images do an exceptional job of conveying most articulately the atmospherics and feeling of the days and evenings when you made those images. I’ve been well engrossed by each of them and am glad you posted them. I’ve always enjoyed the varied moods oF the glades during the several protracted visits that permitted my getting to know ‘em!
