United States Supreme Court Rules 9-0 Preserving Individual Rights In Civil Forfeitures

Yesterday, the United States Supreme Court ruled 9-0 that many civil forfeitures were unconstitutional unless the person was criminally convicted.
This is a stunning win for individual rights, and a setback for for overreaching law enforcement agencies. People who carried large sums of cash for wh**ever reason had it seized for no reason except vague suspicion.
