Mouse problem

Just the last few days (maybe after a Windows 10 update) when on the Forum and I click on a subject. If I click on the navigation bar to the right, it freezes and will not accept another click (or allow moving it manually). I have to go out of the subject and back in to grab the bar that moves it manually. Anybody have an idea how to fix this? It also happens on other web sites.

Cannot find out how to check if Microsoft Edge is current. Chrome will not load, not sure why. May try and load Chrome again. Did note on Microsoft help that they were having problems, so may be fixed in next update.
