RS had a good one fer about $25.. My son stole my simpson 260 years ago, and had a 269 [100,000 o/v] which di not hold up long for general use.. The RS [import, brand X was pretty tough..
Have you checked it's battery? That may be all that is the matter with it. If it is the battery, you may have to open up the case to replace it. I have a small one my dad gave me when I moved from home. It is almost 40 years old now.

I'm unfamiliar with the 310 ....... What's your price?
Hi, As I stated, this one is brand new with new batteries. Plus the new leather case which is discontinued and hard to find.
The meter is listed on
Amazon. I am asking $100 plus shipping for both. I accept PayPal.
Here is the
Manual.
BTW, digital meters suck, try using one to peak or dip, you will go krazy.... the cheap RS vom had a buzzer fer continunity, neat!

The Simpson is still very usable. The only issue is the battery used on the high resistance ranges that can be hard to find.
If I remember correctly the Simpson 260 uses 1 D battery and 1 9V battery.
