Hello all -
I worked on photos in Lightroom, and sent many to Photoshop for additional editing, on February 10th. Yesterday I started to do more work and found that I could not send Fuji RAW files from Lightroom to Photoshop. Also, I could not open the files directly from Photoshop off of my external RAID drive (I can open the RAW files from Photoshop from my desktop). I opened a chat session with Adobe and a tech support person tried for over an hour to solve the problem. He repeatedly installed Camera Raw 11.2 but the problem persisted. Finally he sent a chat message that this is a known problem with Camera RAW 11.2 (which he said came out February 11) and they are working on a fix.
Has anyone else experienced a similar problem? The tech support person said I need to reinstall Camera Raw 11.1 until a fix is published.
