Sony A6000 auto focus problem

Whenever I had an issue with my A6000, and, most recently, A6300, that I couldn't solve otherwise, or couldn't find a "fix" in the menus, I just did a factory reset and started all over. Not a big deal, and that procedure worked every time. In your case, if that doesn't work, you may need to ask Sony directly or send it in for repairs after talking to their tech people.
