Sleepless

Had yet another sleepless night with my pain so went out driving again..a few shots from around the City, all hand held...the first two are the local lake where we go for our Sunday morning coffee. The Boat Deck Cafe is central in No.2. I shoot a lot of birds there as well, there is a good variety. The last two are the War Memorial in the City CBD.
It's now 3am, had a hot Milo and will try to get some sleep now..

I appreciate your great photos but hate the personal cost to you. I consider loss of sleep and constant pain to be a form of torture. I pray you will find relief from both.

The second looks terrific in b/w. In fact they all do. Sorry you are in pain

Thank you Wuligal, it's been my lot for over 40 years now. In one way I'm lucky as I don't seem to suffer badly from a lack of sleep. Incidentally, I went back to bed like I said but up again now, the pain still wouldn't let me sleep.. (4.20am)

A really nice set, Ron. I, too, suffer from not sleeping well. I sleep for about 45 min. at a time and then it takes me quite some time to fall back asleep. I should maybe try your method.

Thanks Ken, sometimes after I go for a drive, get home and have a hot milk drink I can get off to sleep..some nights, like last night I'm up all night.
