I like#1, but I would crop just above her knees. #2 crops her hair which I didn’t like.

Definitely the center, then the top. She’s the center of interest, so the third one is out.

The second one is a bit too close - I would crop a smidge wider. Crop only on the right side and bottom and leave a bit more space on those sides.
