Date Line: Valparaiso Harbor Chile, A very busy shipping port and kind of tourist unfriendly as they make you take two buses just to get out of the port area and then you have to come all the way back by bus or train or taxi (20 bucks one-way) to get downtown. To get back onboard you do everything again in reverse. Day 40 out of 128 days around the world.
