He did what he did, and he didn't back down. You got to give him credit for that.

He had probably the toughest job of any President trying to heal the Nation

Answer the question, don't cop out by saying read a book.

OK ... read the COTUS and the federalist papers, in your particular the 10th amendment and federalist 45.

Since we both know you haven’t, and won’t, the nation was set up as a federation of 13 states and not 1 uberstate.

This meant that individual states could remain or severe, for reasons good or bad, as those states respective legislatures decide.

The American republic died at the hand of Lincoln.

How do we distinguish between "innocent" and "guilty" babies? If some are innocent then it follows that some are guilty.

You express a very biased view. It is my understanding that this country is a group of UNITED states, rather than a group of individual sovereignties.

James Madison, Alexander Hamilton and John Jay would disagree so, no, my view is not biased. It is factual.

So are you in favor of aborting "guilty" babies then?

Nope, I'm sure that the philosophers would disagree with you. The absence of innocence does not imply guilt

LWW: I read the Federalist Papers in college, took two courses Part 1 & Part 2. My father was a lawyer and I work in the Bronx's DA Office for 11 years. So I don't need some one like you telling me to read COTUS. Also Alexander Hamilton & John Jay were for strong center government. Who do you think wrote most of the Federalist Papers? Hamilton. What this "American republic died at the hands of Lincoln"?

Actually they were not in favor of a strong central gubmint, they were quite in favor of very limited gubmint:

“[T]he general government is not to be charged with the whole power of making and administering laws: its jurisdiction is limited to certain enumerated objects, which concern all the members of the republic, but which are not to be attained by the separate provisions of any.” – James Madison, Federalist 14, 1787

“It will not be denied that power is of an encroaching nature and that it ought to be effectually restrained from passing the limits assigned to it.” – James Madison, Federalist 48, 1788

“I own I am not a friend to a very energetic government. It is always oppressive.” – Thomas Jefferson, Letter to James Madison, 1787

“The propriety of a law, in a constitutional light, must always be determined by the nature of the powers upon which it is founded.” – Alexander Hamilton, Federalist 33, 1788

Apparently you do need someone to tell you to read them.

Jefferson & Madison did not want a strong center government. Bill of Rights Institute sound like a front for the KKK. John Becker, someone from the backwoods of Ohio, only known in his hometown. Big deal.

The bill of rights is a KKK front?

That is impenetrable illogic.

And the new group in congress that wants change. Gee new ideas "Oh my God".

This post helped me. Lincoln had so much courage and took so many risks for our country.
Spielberg (Lincoln) with Daniels Day-Lewis created some of the pressures of being Lincoln.

Why is visiting the quality of pay and healthcare and living conditions in our country.
Why is it laughable that our planet is reacting to the siege on the invironment not an
important subject. I live in FL and we know about it.

The younger women in the congress are not afraid to speak the truth.
Conservative operatives are digging up anything to discredit it.

Now I am not a Liberal or Conservative. I am an American that supports the truth.
And people who have the courage to speak up like Lincoln.
I started some video editing and coffee early this... (show quote)

The quick answer is that communism is the greatest evil ever introduced on the planet.
Read and understand it’s true history and destruction.
It always starts out sounding great and called Socialism.
The most recent is Venezuela with people starving and leaving in droves.
Another was the USSR. (Socialist is in their name)
One that didn’t make it to total communism was Nazi Germany. Nazi stood for National Socialist. They were major leftist.

The modern dems more closely resemble them with their attempts to disarm the citizens,
Intimidation tactics with Antifa (brown shirts), and attempts to nationalize industry.
