Occasionally I like to take out an old Nikon F Photomic camera I bought a few years ago. The camera is in mint condition and works great with the exception of the metering, which is not consistent. I also bought a 50mm Nikkor S f/1.4 lens with the camera. The camera was manufactured in 1971 and the lens from 1968 to 1971. Here are some photos I took of one of our golden retrievers. The indoor photo was taken handheld without a flash.

Nice work! And he is such a cutie with his masked face. I am partial to #1 because he is so alert and happy!

I like to get the old Nikon FTn out once in a while and shoot some Velvia. There is just something substantial about the F Body. I now shoot a D 7200 and while it has capabilities never dreamed of in the Nikon F days it is, well--ergonomic
