Thanks, KARIN, I really liked the city sky line backround and multi views of the bridge...

All your bridges there must be rich in history, Karin

Yes, especially the bridges in Cleveland over the Cuyahoga River. I took them mostly from the deck of the Goodtime III cruise boat.

Hope I am not too late. Just got home from work. Here is a photo of one of my favorite bridges, less than a mile from my home and I love the construction and the man who built it. No longer with us but a man who understood covered bridges and wrote several books on how to build them and maintain them... Even if this is not what you are looking for, I think you will see the reason why these bridges are so loved by people...

Lovely-where were you?
Trip went Netherlands (Amsterdam), Germany (Cologne, Munich), Austria (Innsbruck, Augsburg, Vienna), Italy (Venice, Rome, Florence), Switzerland (Lucerne), France (Paris). Started and ended in UK (London).
We wondered about busing around for our 50th, but it was just great. Everything arranged and no lineups to suffer! We got to see far more than we could have done travelling independently, and stress-free.
