So true ahmorgan. Have never seen yours but in the White Mountains, New Hampshire there is one identical to the one near Baie-St-Paul here.

A few foot bridges. The Chinese example is in the form of a walk through life, with each pavilion representing a decade up to age 100 (I guess the builders were optimists!). The pavilions have seating so that you can spend time contemplating. The 50-year pavilion was a tea house.
