This is Kathryn, and I’ve known her for over four years. She’s homeless. Although she’s had opportunities to get into housing, for one reason or another she hasn’t done so.
So, I drop by to see her, chat with her, and bring her food. She spends her time creating her art, which she’s very good at. You can see some charcoal on her face. It’s not all dirt. She’s actually given me a couple of her creations, one of which is framed and on my desk shelf.
