I have been working on my technique trying to achieve good crisp shots while focusing on the eyes and also getting appropriate dof for the subject. I used a tripod, gimbal, 90 degree viewfinder adapter for a very low view and a cable release. Exposure on Nikon Df with 300mm f4 and Nikon 1.4 tc was 1/500th @ f5.6. ISO was 400 as I recall. I’d welcome any of your thoughts here or suggestions. Thanks.
