Any Birders out there that can help me identify this Guy ? He is a lot smaller than the Red Tail Hawk that hangs out here and Doe's not look like the Cooper Hawks I have around Either ! Anyone

In the first pic I noticed the bird's beak. Hawks do not have straight beaks.

I vote for Robin too. Never saw a hawk with Robin eyes :)

No guessing here, it is a robin! They’re just starting to arrive back here in central Minnesota

It looks just like a common robin to me, no surprise he does not want to body up with the hawks ( he does not want to be their breakfast)!

Based on popular opinion, and the OP's second statement, I think it is time to declare that bird King of the Robins
