A fellow birder told me to watch for a couple of new birds that have been spotted in the area. I kept watch at the feeder, but didn't see any but the usual suspects. Yesterday, I went to a local preserve, and viola! The fox sparrow certainly is handsome. I added the female duck, well, because she was so damned good looking! Please enjoy the downloads! The Tammy did a great job capturing details.

Thanks, neighbor. I was really pleased with my outing. Not many birds, because the marsh is frozen, but great to get out with a camera in my hand.
