Glad it worked out..... But I wonder why E Bay said you would not hear from them again? That does not make sense. Did they give you a case number. If so, you can check that way.

I believe the old fashioned way was HUNG, drawn and quartered. But the hanging wasn't fatal - you were still alive when they disembowled you (and performed some other gruesome surgery with simple hand tools), although usually not when they cut off your head and chopped the rest into 4 pieces. Still, seems fully appropriate for scammers (if you can ever find 'em.)

Nothing missing. The OP is the buyer.
Wouldn’t matter whether the warning to forum folks was posted by the seller or the buyer. Same warning either way.
