I have bought a tripod, lens and camera from Carter. Gave him credit card # and address and items were mailed to my door.

That may be true, but I wanted to by a lens from him, and he refused to send it to me, said I had to come to the store.
That's why he will not answer my posts.

No, it was months ago when he was in his store. He told me if I wanted the lens I would have to travel to his store and buy it. He would not send it, even after I offered to pay for shipping.
