Took this in a rather unlit area with an olympus E-m1ii but processed it on my iPhone using snapseed. Overcooked but considering it was done on my phone in my car while riding as a passenger I'm satisfied.
Original vs snapseed
Great edited photograph, not overcooked at all, very atmospheric.
Yes it is...good job. I use it quite often for iPhone photos. Touch-Retouch,Fab Focus or Blur Photos are a couple others that go well with SnapSeed.
I don’t see the overcooked.
And don't forget to mention it's a free app. It took me a minute to figure out each individual slide bar for brightness, contrast, etc. must be selected and adjusted at the top of the screen but other than that, it's very easy to use and can do a respectable amount of post processing.
This is a successful picture: You help the viewer to follow the craftsman's line of sight down to the object. You separate the object from its background and the craftsman from his. Your use of a triangular composition is very strong here. It is good work and a good picture-- whatever methods you used!
I sometimes use Snapseed in conjunction with DistressX when I don't care a bout realism. These are fun apps.
Thank you for giving us an improvement app for our cell phone photography
I love Snapseed! And it’s free!

It looke great ...good processing.
Nice work! I enjoy using Snapseed on my android phone. Another I've found to be helpful is Pixlr.
Very nice capture. Lighting is great. Amazing what you can do with smart phones these days.
Very good work as far as I am concerned. The phones are getting better & better with each successive year. Thanks for showing this.
