Who thought up the name "Ugly Hedgehog" and why?

I keep singing the praises of UHH, and the one question asked by EVERY ONE of them is "Why is this site called Ugly Hedgehog?" I'd like to be able to give them a real answer. Thanks.

That has been asked many times and no one knows but the person who made this site possible and they have never told us. You search uhh for previous threads for this subject.

It's because the Administrator was once given a hedgehog for a pet and upon seeing it responded, "Man, that thing is ugly, ugly, ugly.
