Lesley did an awesome job on an image I shared on
another challenge, so I thought I'd better add my
final edit as well.

I like it, but to be honest, Lesley's is so, so much better.

And I am getting some great exercise walking in the desert looking for them! Some days I never see any and walk 4-5 miles!

But really worthwhile for shots like those, plus the added bonus of the exercise

We went to Omaha yesterday. I had read that Buffet Cancer Center had some Chihuly pieces, so we stopped in......Lots of nice artwork on display!!! 1st 6 are pretty common Chihuly pieces. Next 3 are
"painting" with glass on glass ( 3 layers). The "Pole" out front is by Kaneko (final photo), an Omaha
artists known for large tall pots, so this is a new item in his reportere. As you can see, it was a dismal
day. We drove most of the way in fog (both going & coming home). About 30 miles from home the
skies cleared & sun was shining when we arrived at home! Made for a beautiful sunset!!!! (no photo).
We went to Omaha yesterday. I had read that Buffe... (show quote)

P6 Great to view such amazing glass work

Yes, just went to see the artwork......NOT a patient..Thank you Lord!!!

Here is one more...Mounted inside an inverted funnel like dome! I think there are 6 separate chandeliers!!!!

I got to meet Dale Chihuly at the Joslyn Museum several years ago. He was doing paintings using a scrub mop!!! Then met him again at the Durham Museum with his collection of Indian Blankets that he used to make glass cylinders with glass designs inspired by the blankets. (I think the "bowl" in previous post shows that process.)
Yes, just went to see the artwork......NOT a patie... (show quote)

P7 Love the first one
