First photo session with VADA.

I better put something up today because tomorrow I will be busy with Miss Nicole do a series of images to be used by an artist to turn her into a super hero!
So, here are images from my first shoot with VADA. She had come to model with a local GWC who just could not get out the door because as he said, "She is some little silly house wife wanting some nudie pictures".
When you blow it, then you should blow it big time! LOL!!!
The image file is marked 071708, so this is July the 17th, 2008!

I love her natural bright smile. Great expression. Seems she was comfortable in front of your camera from the very beginning .

Thanks Jim! I show these to her, she just loves getting attention from men and especially women! Naughty girl!
The great thing about VADA is that she is extremely comfy when necked; give the woman water, toss in rip water melon and she is in heaven. If you want to put her in clothes, she is ga-ga for polka dots!

WOW!! Great set. Particularly like the 2nd or is it the 3rd shots. VADA appears to be so relaxed and quite at ease. Beautiful lady and work.

I can only say I am in total agreement with you sir!
I am so lucky to have been gifted a friendship with VADA. This was her first photography session, age 33 and she is just a natural.
The one I now post is 11 years later, what a stunning beauty with talent!

I like the reclining on the back shot. The body has been articulated to capture the light perfectly.

Man I can tell you that after VADA left I went to ground for several hours! It was a good test of old ideas and techniques.
A GWC had hired her to do a shoot at my studio. He had no interest in 'wasting his time' photographing, (as he told me after pulling me to one side) some frumpy house wife! Then almost pleaded with me to do some quick shots for her.
So, I had a few minutes to put togeather a shoot. As I did the lights I asked her if she would like to try a wig? That is were the short black wig came from.
Then the magic question came from her, "Is it ok to do nudes, I've always wanted to do nude photographs."
So nudes it was!
To go from no photography with a complete stranger to a few hours of figure photography is a good way to discover if you are up to such things. But it was easy, after all I had several years of teaching studio and figure photography. It saved my ass!
