using a camera simulator

I just came across an app called CameraSim 1. It lets you set up the camera and shows you how the picture will look if you use those settings. The sample was pretty neat. They are working on the 2nd step, and are asking for funding so they can do it full time. I downloaded it for a small price, but my pc is telling me it may be dangerous and to discard it. MY QUESTION IS HAS ANY OF YOU USED IT, AND WAS THERE A VIRUS PROBLEM?

Backup your system before running it.

Get Malwarebytes & Microsoft Security Essentials. ( Both Free )

Some programs are detected falsely as a virus due to programming in it.

Run it but do not let it add anything else but the program, no search engines, no task bar items - NOTHING.

Sometime virus attach themselves to programs. Just because someone else downloaded it safely doesn't mean that the program is currently infected.

The two free programs listed by another poster are great! And free.

So you don't lend your out to strangers, either, huh? I sanitize my hands before and after reading it. Can't be too safe these days. :D

This is the way to go. Both progams are free and work better than paid programs.
