I hope you don't mind, but I recently purchased Topaz AI Gigapixel and wanted to give it a try on something like your image. I took your image and scaled it up 4X. Here is your original and the scaled image. Pretty impressive software. Click download on each to realize the difference. Well, can't seem to get download to show up on the original. Probably due to the low resolution of original. Maybe compare with your enlargement?

Looks over processed. The fringe along the mountains and the distinct lines on the clouds.

Rich, a lovely scene. Interesting in that the photo looks like it was the victim of technology. I'm just not sure of the processing here.

Definitely the result of technology and the victim of poor exposure. The original's sky was exposed OK. The rest eh. However getting a poster look colorful image beats no image every time.
