I like no. 3. I've never been a great fan of "smooth" waterfalls. Other aspects of these photos are also terrific!

Really nicely done. I'll have to check that out. Sometimes the phone is the only camera available for spontaneous shots. Thanks for sharing the info and wonderful demos.
