Lol you just proved that the wall did in fact work as designed. The border wall was never designed to totally stop illegal crossing, if a wall was not there, these people would have most likely not been caught.

Or, we could have monitored the area with drones that were equipped with FLIR and picked them up before they even got to the wall.

That's an awful lot of area to cover with drones plus you need people to operate them and others to respond to breaches..... Too easy for people to just walk over. a wall, while not stopping all i******s, sure would put a dent in the numbers that do cross.

I saw it but the current (new) federal government down there is granting them passage to the Northern border. My point is that Mexico is pretty protective or its border with the US, US enforcement can not enforce on Mexican soil, Franks words mean nothing.
