No 4k/60p but it seems like the new leading beast of Micro 4/3rds. An excellent release from Olympus IMHO. I enjoyed the real-world video (From an Olympus Ambassador), but still some cool shooting going on. Cheers

With the one lens with the built in 1.25X teleconverter and external 2X teleconverter, one will be able to shoot the 35mm equivalent of 300mm to 2000mm and it will all be handholdable. Unfortunately, it will not be out until 2020. AI is also interesting. It will change the focus and exposure sensor points to the shape of the object it is following. I could not determine if it increases / decreases the number of points based on the objects size change, but it sounds like it might. If the ISO for low noise is up to 12800, this camera will be a challenge to all manufacturers no matter what the format. Handholdable to 7 stops. Handholdable 50mp shots. And smaller than Canon's EOS-1DX by 0.5" to 0.8" for the three dimensions. And priced well under the EOS-1DX by more that $2000. And if it is as fast as they indicate it is for focus and exposure, it will be as fast as the big boys. Canon and Nikon will have some catching up to do.

Sounds like a great camera and a price tag to match.

But it is still much cheaper than either of the closest Canon or Nikon in the performance of the E-M1X. Even the Canon and Nikon mirrorless do not closely match the E-M1Xs top proformance.
