That's a good shot. I like the bluish upper left quadrant and the stars really are apparent in the download.

I think you have a wonderful mix of moon and stars. It would seem a bit of selective adjustment to the exposure and luminance of the red of the moon would help the image.

Thanks. Just shot with a 70-200 and then digitally zoomed.

If I were shooting it again, I would try a little more variety of shutter speeds and ISO combinations. The right exposure is a little tricky since on edge was a little brighter, you can't have the shutter open too long if you are zoomed in, but too high an ISO is noisy.

It did run it through a wash and rinse ...just to see what’s there ...personally .., I love the shot you took ...
