I'm Bruce. I'm a middle aged hobbyist who had an interest in photography going back to high school but no opportunity to pursue it until a few years ago. I'm shooting with an SLT A58 but looking to upgrade to a full frame soon. I'm probably going to stick with Sony because it's familiar and looking at the Sony A7 III.

Welcome from an old hobby photographer. I have a Sony A7RIII and it is wonderful.

Word of advice 1. when you have a question first try useing the search function , we have a few crabby old guys here that will bitch if it is a topic that has come up over and over again.2 when posting a topic try to actually put that topic in the subject line ,makes it searchable by others if you enter Problem or Need Help in search you will get hundreds of hits on all kinds of problems not just the one you want an answer for

The A7RIII looks like a great camera but it's out of my price range.
