I cooked a good size Turkey Thigh with 2 lg pealed carrots 1 med. sweet potatoe pealed & 2 small Red Potatoes. This is the first time I cooked a whole one pot dinner in a pressure cooker!

I first started with a tablespoon of coconut oil in my Kuhn frying pan pressure cooker and set the burner to med. high! Removing all skin on the Turkey Thigh, I seasoned the meat with coarse cracked pepper, a heavy sprinkle of Oregino, and Bells Turkey Season on both sides, browning about 6 to 7 minutes on each side! After browning remove from pot and place on dish to rest!

I peeled my medium sweet potatoe and cut it into large pieces. Nexted, I peeled 2 large carrots and cut them into large pieces! Two small Red Potatoes were quarted placed in pot with other veggies all together.

Add 3/4 can of Chicken stock to pot with all cut vegetables and mix well with added season! Place Turkey Thigh on top of veggies and turn burner to high, when liquid starts to boil, cover tight and set timer to 15 minutes. Immeditatly lower heat to med-low and cook with timer 15 minutes, came out perfect! CIAO, AP

Description sounds really great and the photo is even better especially in download. My apology, I would have been there but I guess my invitation must have been lost in the mail. Possibly next time!
