If the wall goes down more than 70 feet, it may be, but it will still take hi tech to detect if the wall is being breeched under ground. Are you suggesting we build a wall the length of the border that is over 70 feet deep? what do you expect that will cost?

If a Wall is built, the maintenance costs will be forever escalating—will Mexico pay for maintenance?
