Trump directed Cohen to lie to Congress about plans to build Trump Tower in Moscow during 2016 campaign:
Michael Cohen: "I gave loyalty to someone who t***hfully does not deserve loyalty"Sentenced to 3 years in prison for campaign finance violations he carried out on behalf of Trump, Cohen said that while he has taken responsibility for those actions, Trump has not, and said Trump clearly knew what was going on. He said Trump directed everything in the Trump Organization at the time, including hush money payments to two women with whom he allegedly had affairs.

T***hfully I think after this Presidency terminates one way or the other, Trump is going to find that his brand is less than worthless.
No one is going to put Trump on their building or hotel and his friends in Russia will abandon him. I'm looking forward to the day he looks around and his children are in jail and he's in a nursing home that takes wh**ever assets he's got left.

Usually others (e.g. Oliver North) take the heat to give their higher-ups (e.g. Ronnie Reagan) plausible deniability...
tRump is "struck dumb" with his innocence act as he unabashedly and unsuccessfully tries to position himself to convince onlookers that he "knows nothing", AKA
"NO COLLUSION"...
THAT'LL NEVER WORK exactly because he has
ALWAYS been right in the thick of things
"CALLING THE SHOTS", as you say.
He will
NEVER convince those of us with our eyes open that he didn't know what was going on and that he didn't have a hand in everything.
Trump’s blatant disregard for all things legal; politically, financially, personally are becoming more evident every day.
The man is a thug—and he is our President.

Why did the Republican senate, including the chameleon Romney, enable him to drop sanctions? If we don't have a Democratic Presidency, house, and senate, in 2020 I'll be dumbfounded.

I dunno thom - - I've been dumbfoundead since November 2016 that the e*******l process had v**ed in a lying, c***ting, misogynist, serial adultering miscreant...
Did you know that any Senator can bring a bill to the floor - - it's not a rule, only tradition, that it should be the Senate Majority Leader (Mitch McConnell, in this case). So Dem Tim Kaine tried yesterday to get the bill to the floor from committee that would get the government going again - - and who is it that you might think lodged an objection ??? None other than Mitch McConnell !!! I'm not sure where that leaves it in the process...
This horrific shut down has to be owned by tRump and McConnell - - obviously they are both wealthy enough that not only are they not harmed by it, they are empathetically vapid so that they have neither awareness nor concern about how much harm the shutdown is doing.

I saw that. I don't know if it can only be done by unanimous consent. It would be my guess that in the end that is how it will end. Only11 Republicans v**ed to keep the sanctions yesterday.

The Senate resolution to block the treasury Department from lifting the Russian sanctions failed - - 57(N) to 42(Y) - - it needed the 60 v**e majority to pass - - but 11 brave Republicans v**ed across the aisle...
Even though it had no power to stop tRump from rescinding the sanctions, the House introduced a similar bill about stopping it: the v**e was 362 to 53 to block, so...

In my best hopes, both UN-religious tRump and Rapture, End-of-Times Evangelical Pence will be indicted or impeached/convicted and Nancy will become president.

I guess you'll have to find some other source of tripe.
It seems the Special Counsel, through its spokesman, disputes Buzzfeed's story that the President told Cohen to lie to Congress.
BTW, this is nearly unprecedented, for the DOJ to issue this type of statement.
