How would you post process this photo to look good?

This was taken in the morning, sunrise behind me lighting up the city background.

It looks "real" to me, I would leave it as taken.

A little framing, darkened the water, cut out a couple birds in the distance, worked on the moon a bit to give it a bit more contrast.

“How would you...”
Complete the question in your title please.
This is just as bad as “Help”

From the rules:
” Try to use descriptive titles when creating new topics. Instead of something like "Please Help", write a title that briefly states the nature of your post. That way, people who know the answer or are interested in that particular topic would be more likely to click on it to read it and post replies.”

Nice shot though.
Post your finished version.

Ken, I would crop out extra area so the birds and backdrop have impact. Then I would fine tune the color in Lightroom

That does look good PixelStan, Thank you.

I didn't see this one photo until after the film was processed.

My interest was to only photograph the moon set at about the same time as sunrise.

And then there were all kinds of pelicans coming in to feed.

So I started taking many photos.
But there was only one roll of 36 film in the camera. But I got enough of them.

Crop off the bottom, add saturation and mid tone contrast - I would mostly like to see the Moon pop out of the sky more.

Well dipped,it into,3 diff photo programs ...just IPAD PRO stuff .., didn’t go for the big guns on my MacBook Pro ..., cropped .. took out distractions in the water and some sky stuff .. worked on the moon a tad ..and tinkered with the Pelicans feathers a ‘bit ... some will say all I did was up the saturation ... not so ..

My sim-led rendition ..

I tinkered a bit ..

I would lose the bird closest to the moon.
