Not long after I took this photo the house was demolished. Because there was a high bank with a road just in front of the house, I had to use a wide angle lens (Sigma 10-20mm)on the Canon 70D to get any shots at all.

Great shot of it before its demise. I wonder what year it was built? Windows look not original!

Looks a lot like my Grandmothers old house. Property looks similar from memory, but it has been a while. The location of the chimney for wood burning stove would be correct. Lots of memories. It sat abandoned for many years after she moved into town. Great shot. Thanks.

Thank you all for the kind words. As for the windows I believe what you see is plastic taped over the window opening. The property was posted and I was limited as to where I could stand. A person I know told me that she knew the family that lived there roughly 50-60 years ago. That is all I know about it.
