Great set overall. I am torn between the American Kestrel and the American Bittern. Kestrels are all over but very hard to photograph. Bitterns are hard to find but relatively easy to photograph. Oh, the heck with it, I like them both equally.

Thanks for your comments, Curmudgeon. Kestrels can be skittish but Bitterns too. And Bitterns are really hard to spot, I agree!

I agree, it is always a challenge to find Bitterns. And often they are hiding in the reeds or weeds!
