Red Breasted Sapsucker

This is my first half way decent photo of a red breasted sapsucker, a woodpecker I rarely see and have never before seen in good light. Of all places, this shot was taken from my open living room window looking down on an old lilac bush. I used a Nikon D500 with a Tamron 150x600MMM G2 lens (1/1000, f/6.3, ISO 1000).

So glad you noticed Linda. I left that vine in the frame on purpose after cropping it out in a couple other versions. Thanks for taking a look.
