I neglected to say this is in the fog of early morning. I had to increase the exposure and contrast to keep the shot from looking dim and ghostly. :-)

Rule of thumb is fish bite best early and late, but they are there when they are there. Right, fishers?

Yes. Sometimes depends on water temperature and whether the fish are spawning or not. Winter fishing is generally pretty slow, but, it is still fishing!
