Tamron 18-400 once again it works

My second time out with this lens. Conditions were mostly cloudy. At Trinity Pines, Texas.
I am not sure what bird this is, any one know? They were skittish, requiring me to sneak in as close as cover and concealment allowed.
I even got one in flight, not too bad of a quick snapshot picture.
