Another excellent image Bob with perfect tonal range. I particularly like this image 'cause, when viewed up-side-down (the image, I mean) I get a distinct "Brigadoon" feel... COOL!

fuminous, thanks for the visit and comment. I hadn't thought of viewing the image up-side-down, but did and it seems to work to a degree. I can appreciate your "Brigadoon" feel reference.

Many people try B&W but they fail because not enough contrast and pictures are too flat to start out with. Yours is excellent, people should take notice of the contrasting areas and how much contrast is needed to make B&W work. Very good picture to start and excellent pp for your final edit.

Bob, another fantastic B&W. You have some of the best locations for landscapes that ring my bell. I say this probably because I enjoy Westerns (John Wayne).

Hi, Greg. Thanks for stopping and commenting. Interestingly, I tend to overlook the close locales in favor of places a bit north or south of where I live. I guess it seems that we become numb to the things we see everyday. Fortunately, this was an area I'd not been to in quite some time. So, it was rather new to me.
