PaintShop Pro 2019, Pic to Paint plugin problem

I am a long time user of PaintShop Pro PSP. I installed my up grade in late Nov. I have installed both the 64bit and the 32bit versions. Over the holidays I tried to run the plugin Pic to Paint ad on that came with my program. Finding it interesting in trying the different styles that it would create. I came to the point that I wanted to save the painting. I went back to finding the tutorial for the info on how to save the changes to the picture that I chose. My pic to paint will not save my style choice. Off to PSP tech support. Mel has been trying to help BUT his quick answer was, it will only work in WIN10. I am using WIN7 64bit Pro. Knowing that there are many computer techs out here in HHH land. Is there a driver that I should be looking for?? Is it more difficult than that? I am not overly interested in upgrading to WIM10 at this point.
I have NO blue screen issues and my tech still thinks we are fine where we are at. What might you all say?

Did you click the "Send and Close" button. That should send the altered image back to Paint Shop Pro where you should be able to save it.

That is just the issue Bill. There is no SAVE and CLOSE button when you have a WIN7 OS. That is what the Tech Support person has told me. If I was using WIN10 OS I would have a "save and close" buttons. I am hoping a computer "expert" could help a hobby user yet not a newbie. Sorry you did not understand that I have no such buttons on my copy of the program.
