I rode a variety of bikes for 44 years, including nearly 30 years riding the big touring bikes--Suzuki, Kawasaki and Honda Gold Wings. My last bike was a Suzuki 650 Vstrom and was probably the most fun bike I owned. Rode the Alaska and Cassiar Highways with it. I finally quit riding a couple years ago. I miss it, but will likely not have another bike. It was fun while it lasted, but when it's time to go, it's time to go while you're still winining the game.

No more, bad boy. Hey, at least you are still riding. That's a plus. I used to have 750 Kawi. Like a cigarette, you always get the urge. Then your brain kicks in.

Used to ride a Gold Wing and thoroughly enjoyed it. I was thinking of getting another one a couple of years back but didn’t
My wife was battling cancer again for the second time and I decided that if I had to lay the bike down with her on it after fighting for her life twice, I couldn’t live with myself. Soooo.... I went out and bought a Corvette convertible.
The wind still blows through my hair and I have 4 on the ground and not the 2.
Have fun riding but most of all... be safe!

This was us a few years back, on Galena Summit in Idaho. Mine is the yellow Wing and hers is the red Wing.

We did, but we sold them before moving back to Alaska.

Neighbor called one day and said he needed some help. Told him I would be right over. Seems his fully dressed Honda Gold Wing fell over. The two of us BARELY got that bike back upright.
