Great exposure and composition, Fred! I wouldn't stand where those people are even with a harness.

My wife and I stood there last June. It was incredible! All the power and thunder of the water can be felt throughout your body. That and the view is incredible. As to the harness, there is a short rail, but don't lean out too far! The walk down isn't too bad but the climb back out is not for the weak hearted or those who don't exercise their legs and lungs.
